A Federal High in Abuja, has turned down the bail application request on health grounds sought by suspended police chief, Abba Kyari.

The court took the decision after Kyari requested the court on Monday to allow him travel for medical attention.
Recall that a week ago, Kyari was detained by the by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, over his alleged involvement in trafficking about 25 kilogrammes of cocaine.
The suspended police boss, in a suit, FHC/ABJ/CS/182/22, asked the court to order the NDLEA to grant him bail for him to proceed on medical treatment while his fundamental rights enforcement application was being heard.
The court, however, declined to hear the application.
