So today, we’ll take you through some attractive habits for guys.

We’ll be going over habits that are more attractive, habits can kind of make you or break you depending on what they are. If you’ve got really bad habits, it’s hard to kick. It can be super frustrating. So today I’m going to be going over some of the most attractive qualities, the attractive habits that you can easily add into your daily routine that make you more attractive. 

Without much delay, let me take you through some of the attractive habits for guys.

1. Good grooming habits. 

So a lot of different things can fall under this category. But the main point I want you guys to take away from this is to take care of yourself. So one point of this is haircare. So this is using a heat protectant spray for someone that blow dries your hair at all. So you don’t damage your hair. This is using the right hair products. This is getting haircuts in general. Taking care of your hair is really important, It’s a big one under this category. Another one is taking care of your teeth. brushing your teeth, whitening your teeth, because you’ll be so surprised at how drastic it can be if you go from having a yellow smile to a white smile and I’m not saying looks are everything, or that having the shiniest whitest teeth is the most important thing in your life because it’s not but it can make a huge difference and a huge impact on your smile. And it’s something as easy as just getting a whitening toothpaste or a whitening mouthwash. So it’s cheap, it’s effective. And all of you guys should be doing it. The next good grooming habit is a skincare routine and you guys all knew this was coming. I think it’s important for everyone to be doing this, not just women. So I know it’s kind of been viewed in the past if you have a good grooming routine as being feminine, or not masculine. And that could not be farther from the truth guys, I think taking care of yourself and putting in the effort is one of the most attractive things you can do. if your body is giving you a hard time whitening your teeth or having a skincare routine. Okay, that’s fine. Let it be because you’re not trying to attract your body, you’re trying to attract a woman and I promise you a woman is going to notice if you have white teeth and nice skin.

2. Working out 

This is another attractive habits for guys and I feel like I honestly don’t even need to explain this one. But I know some of you guys aren’t doing this one either and it’s one of the easiest things you can do for yourself that can make a huge difference in the way that you look and the way that you feel. And I’m never going to tell you that you need a six-pack. I’ve never even dated anyone with a six-pack and that would not be the first thing that attracts me to someone. But taking care of yourself, putting in the work, taking care of your body, eating good food, and just really making an effort to be in good shape is a huge turn-on and so incredibly attractive. Working out just makes you look better, whether it be lifting weights, going for a run, or doing some kind of other thing. So I’m not saying you need a six-pack, but being in good shape or physically fit makes your clothes fit better. It’s gonna make you feel better and it’s just going to all around make you look more physically attractive. So not only is it great for the way that you look physically, but it’s also really great for you mentally. If I’m having a bad day or I’m stressed out or I’m just feeling a little bit down. If I go for a run or go to the gym, I automatically feel 10 times better. So it can make a huge impact on your mood and your stress levels and all that good stuff. So keep that in mind. If you’re someone that has not worked out I highly recommend doing so. 

3. Waking up early 

One of the attractive habits for guys is waking up early.

So you don’t need to wake up at 6 am or 5:30 am and go for a run first thing in the morning. While that’s a great quality to have, some of us just aren’t that way and so it’s don’t have the time for that. So as long as you’re waking up at a decent hour so that you can get everything you need to get done for the day, I think you’ll be good to go. So hitting snooze 10 times a day or sleeping half of the day away is so unattractive and while you might have been able to get away with that when you were 13 in school, at 35, and 40 you should not be doing this. It’s just so incredibly unattractive. Something as easy as waking up 30 minutes before you normally do can make a huge impact on your day and give you extra time to do something that you enjoy or maybe give you time for that workout that you’ve been putting off. It can really just change your entire day so it is highly recommended to give yourself even 30 extra minutes in the morning maybe an hour to get yourself ready for the day and not feel so rushed.

4. Introspective activities. 

So the reason I think these are so attractive is that a lot of our life right now is on our phones and we’re always on a computer screen or our phones or doing something that involves other people and it’s kind of nice to just take some time to yourself. Get yourself in a mental state where you really can just focus on yourself and give yourself some break and time away from your screen. So this could be a ton of different things it could be reading, it could be meditation, it could be yoga, it could be your workout, could be going for a walk, or listening to a podcast that makes you think a little bit and use your brain. So these are all just things that are really good for your mental health. I found that unplugging and recharging are really necessary for me to be able to be as productive as I need to be. So something as simple as a 30-minute walk or reading for 30 minutes before bed and putting my phone down can make a huge impact on my mental health and my day and I know it can do the same for you. So this one is a super easy attractive habits for guys to incorporate into your daily routine if you aren’t already doing it. 

5. Hobbies. 

Having a hobby is super attractive. 

It is one of the attractive habits for guys and I’ve talked about this before because it shows that you find things in life that you’d like you to have an interest in, and you have passions. You have things that you enjoy doing that make you love life. This also shows that you’re a well-balanced individual. I think it’s one thing to love your job, but it’s also another thing to enjoy things outside of that and just have things in life that you enjoy doing. And it’s important to spend time doing things that you like so that you don’t get burnt out. I think a lot of people get burnt out because they spend too much time doing things that don’t like to do and not enough time doing things that they actually like to do. So having a hobby is a great way to recharge just like those introspective activities I talked about before. This could be one of those for you. So maybe your hobby is playing guitar and you give yourself 30 minutes a day to do that. And it can completely change your entire day. Or maybe you like to play video games or maybe you’re into collecting something. Regardless of what it is I promise you, having a hobby of any sort is better than not having a hobby at all. And for some people hobbies just really don’t come naturally. For me, I think it took me a while to figure out what I liked to do and what I like to spend my time on because I was so focused on doing things that I really didn’t like to do because I felt like I just needed to get stuff done. So having a hobby is really attractive. It shows that you’re a well-balanced individual and as I said, you can find things in life that make you happy. So spend some time in your day doing this. it’s super easy to incorporate, even if it’s just 30 minutes or 20 minutes, giving yourself a little bit of your time each day to do something that you genuinely love can make a huge difference.

6. Dressing well. 

Dressing well is one of the attractive habits for guys. So this one is more just about showing up for yourself and putting in the effort into the way that you look physically. So while this is not the most important thing on this list, it’s definitely not everything. I think given the state of the world. It’s something to consider adding to your daily routine because a lot of us have gotten very comfortable shabby clothes.
